In the relevant product descriptions we will inform you of these unique delivery times. Delivery Charges Orders £3.99 PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DELIVERY ISSUES i.e. LATENESS OF DELIVERY, AND WE DO NOT GIVE POSTAGE REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON Out of Stock Items We aim to always fulfil your orders, however, there are times when goods will be temporarily out of stock. When this happens we will email you and we may either offer you an alternative or inform you of a new expected delivery date. Only if absolutely necessary will we cancel your order. It is always our best intention to offer the very best customer service. Returns and Exchanges If you are not happy with your purchase the goods must be returned within 14 working days of receipt. Returns address: Star Dancewear & Crafts - C/O Vicky Grant School of Dance, 60 Edison Road, St Ives, Cambridgeshire PE27 3 Crown Street, St Ives, Cambridgeshire PE27 3LF. A refund or an exchange will be given only if the returned goods are in a resaleable condition, with all the original packaging, including tags. Due to hygiene reasons tights and underwear cannot be returned. PLEASE NOTE made to measure Character Skirts are non-returnable. All SPECIAL ORDER items are non-returnable, including Character Skirts. As the Buyer you are responsible for the postage cost of returned items and we recommend that you use Recorded Post. We are not responsible for any parcels lost and therefore under these circumstances we will not be able to refund you or exchange the goods. When returning the goods place a copy of the original invoice in the parcel, along with your instructions informing us if you require a refund or exchange. For exchanges, when we send you the replacement we will cover the cost of the postage. However if you require a different item with a separate product code, instead of the original, then we will charge you standard postage, we will also do this if you add to your original order. We offer refunds only on merchandise, we do not refund postage. Price Policy If our Suppliers change their prices it may be necessary to increase our prices without notice, however any orders placed at the original price, before or on the day of the price rise shall be honoured. All prices include VAT where applicable |
